Inigo doesn't audibly answer her first question. Mostly since he can imagine it must be painful for her - being so close to people, and then realising they're not your parents at all. It's disorienting, but it can also be hurtful.
So he just lets out a small hum, like a confirmation, and then leaves it at that for a moment. As if to give the girl to chance to process that information by herself.
It's not until that last question that he speaks up again.
"We're not this place's enemies. I.. I don't know why they're saying that." Of course there's the implication in his answer that yes, they are Voidtreckers. They're the people everyone has been talking about all this time - they just didn't know. "Don't you remember, somewhere deep down..? We've been to so many worlds, trying to save them.
