He waves his other hand, and the dirt beneath him packs itself into a makeshift boulder and hurls itself at the attacker, shattering against him and sending him staggering backwards. He gestures sharply, hand closing into a fist as his power closes around the man's gravity, and the stunned man is lifted into the air and abruptly hurled away, inertia taking over where the range of Sigma's powers stops.
