"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Goku growled. That's it. That's all the energy he can gather. He might not be able to kill him with it, but he'll certainly try enough to hurt him. Throwing his hands down, the massive ball of energy will come down on top of Chaos before he turns Super Saiyan, using the force of the transformation to try and blow the tendril away.
