It really is a sequence of violence. Thankfully that's just about the one thing that can't seem to faze Alice, no matter what condition she's in. She has seen so many violence at this point in her life - often carried out by herself, but not always - that it's hardly surprising or terrifying to see this display of power from the man.
So she doesn't react to that. Instead she just stares at it, all the way until the man speaks up again. It's then that her gaze shifts to meet his, immediately saying, "It's fine-- I.. I'm fine."
