At least ONE of them is used to fighting by the way Tidus pulls a sword out of NOWHERE and immediately goes on the offensive, leaving Xehanort to frantically make loops out of the belt to try to make some kind of restraint and then drag the comatose chaos-worshiper towards a more stable looking bit of ground.
