There's a mini-protest on her tongue that she's a little hesitant about saying, something along the lines that being part of a superhero team usually doesn't involve being caught by evil authorities and having to run from them--

But then there's that last sentence, and it dies completely on her tongue before she can even say a word.

Instead there's a weird mixture of emotions on her face. Something a little grateful, but embarrassed at the same time.
