Agent 3 dives into the ink and swims. A moving bulge in the bright green shows where she is speeding away from. She relatively safe in the ink as long as they don't start washing it away or changing its color on her. (Both things are unlikely unless they manage to break and wield city pipes.)

Despite being in the ink, she's able to see what Sigma does, and she is amazed and more than a little confused.

Did that guy do a Blaster type attack with rocks?! Without a weapon?!
