When the sound repeats, Madoka is sure that it's someone calling out for family. Which means that she knows it can't be one of her fellow train passengers who happened to get caught up in what was destroying these buildings - it must be someone from this place.

Not that it changes her mind about wanting to help in the slightest. This isn't a situation anyone should be in. And though it's hard to clear her mind with everything that's going on, the girl tries to think the hardest she can. She could go back and find someone and ask for help, but who knows how long that'll take? And if there's someone in there now, in panic...

She grits her teeth, trying to circle what's left of the structure to find a gap that looks large enough for her, even if she has to squeeze her way through. She'll find one in a moment, but in the meantime she already calls out with an: "Um.. Are.. Are you okay in there..?"
