Yondu has a tough time thinking of himself as anything close to grandfather. But if he were to stop and think about it, he's kind of a grandfather to Groot. Would have the ability to kind of communicate with him now if they met again.

Because, well... sounds like her parents were decent. But old people get stuck in their ways and in a world where people like her don't get a lotta credit that memory could be good or bad. He's hoping it is good though.
