Once he's sure she's stable up there, Devero rises up to his full height. In a crowd of normal humans, he's usually head and shoulders above everyone else; here, surrounded by alien races, he's far from the tallest person in the crowd-- but his shoulders are still a much better vantage to watch the sky from than the ground.

Speaking of crowd, though-- "Can you see anywhere a little less crowded from up there?"
