It's kind of him, Madoka thinks. Because she definitely notices that he is saying we there, despite this being Madoka's problem. And she knows it isn't a totally impossible idea either. The train said that it doesn't know where people go when they leave.. It's possible that Mami is still somewhere out there in the void, along with Homura. Maybe they can find them, and get them back on the train..

.. though that train - pun unintended - of thought brings Madoka to another idea too.
