That makes two of them who feel insulted. Thanatos is tired of being treated like an ignorant godling who doesn't know anything, who needs to answer question after question for Ryo to make a point.

Thanatos is also tired of people telling him to how he should feel about his own imprisonment and constant reminders of. He doesn't want to forgive Sisyphus, who will be freed of his sentence by his mother and Zagreus without his input. He doesn't want to give that shade another chance because others tell him Sisyphus has changed when he doesn't trust that. What's the point of people telling him to have emotions if they then disregard when he does have them?

As Ryo starts to leave, Thanatos will shift to another location in hopes that he'll be harder to find while he deals with his, now additional, feelings on the matter.
