So it seems like they agree on that impression. Madoka is a little relieved to hear that, especially since it seems that some people on the train still don't want to trust the Ministry at all.. But Madoka - as kind as she always is - finds it hard to turn down help when it's being offered to them like this.
Especially when staying in touch with the Ministry can maybe help her ensure that at least Ple Two gets the ending she wants to have.
