That is an easier question, and he seems to go back to normal as he answers it. "Not from the whole world," he says. "Remember, there's not a lot of people left where I come from, which means there's a lot of uninhabited space. There are outsider communities that ex-citizens can join, fringe groups and extremists and such. I think that's probably what happens to most of them."
