"Can you keep them close to my neck? I can calm the winds some around my body, keep them warmer, but if someone gets jostled I'll need to know."
He's taking off already, hopping upward and letting the winds take him and his passengers, already living up to keeping the howling down, the tug of the air at clothing like a strong breeze and not the visible storm around them. The air is warmer by comparison, but not warm, just less breathtakingly cold as to freeze marrow in bone.
