That's another sign of the fact that something is off with Alice. Another big sign, really. Because there's no way she wouldn't usually have turned around to look at Guri's situation with all the sounds coming from her direction. She would be way too worried to not see what's going on with the other. To check up on Guri, to try and help her keep safe.
But there's none of that now. Alice doesn't look back at her in the slightest. She doesn't even look back when the other calls out her name like that.
Instead the horns just grow bigger, making her form look more twisted. She growls, diving into the group of warriors before her, and starting to rip them apart with her bare hands.
At least it does make the forces around Alice and Guri thin a little, making it easier for the latter to reach Alice - but on the downside, Alice doesn't seem to be paying attention to anything anymore other than shredding these undead warriors to tiny bits, if that's what it takes to keep them down.
