But the brainlessness with which she's sweeping these enemies aside is what's coming into play here. Because even though she at least doesn't seem to be attacking Guri directly - maybe she just looks too different from most of the enemies they're facing here for her to register as one to Alice.
But she still doesn't verbally reply. Instead she just tries to get around Guri, her hands - now claws - lashing out in the direction of the enemies still moving behind Guri.
