Soldat has... no idea how to activate the device, so they sure hope all those people trying to get to it are handling that part. They brace themselves against the shaking, using their arm for a shield-- it's getting pretty hot, despite all they can do to protect and magically manipulate it, and scored with lines of scorching, but it's still functional for now-- and shift some of their attention from merely protecting Raven to aiming the equalizer gun at ribbons trying to block the others from getting to the mirror thing.
