For a moment disoriented by all the noise, Soldat is hurled; they try to right themselves, curling their arm around their head for a hard landing, but instead find themselves-- caught? Floating? They spin in place, looking for which way is "up", clung to by dark power that keeps them in the air.

They bring up the equalizer rifle. If there's something to shoot, they're not letting being held floating in mid-air stop them from doing their job. It seems steady enough that it shouldn't affect their aim.
