Inigo is definitely coming along, just because he isn't letting go. And while he does whine when Senku moves, since it feels like this place is too unsteady to move - even though it's not - he doesn't prevent the other from moving.

It's just that Senku now has a whining puppy attached to him, clearly. One that still has its eyes firmly shut.
