Physically anyway. And that appears to be the case here; the figure laying on the bed appears to be doing nothing more than sleeping.

Though that's not to say he's taking advantage of a spare bed by any means; even in slumber he has a look of someone whose suffering from utter exhaustion. Needless to say it's a full few moments after Kyoko boldly enters before he seems to wake up at all. Another moment where he might seem almost startled or alarmed that someone got so close.

"Who...?" After some tension and focus, Elidibus seems to relax a little. "Kyoko." Not necessarily someone who is going to try to murder him in his moment of weakness. Good.
