Lioriley was nothing if not stubborn in her quests to aid those that needed her help. And right now, she would willfully suffer the aches and pains that might come with assisting a significantly larger person toward the transgate and into the medical car.

With no further words needing to be said, she wrapped a slender arm around Elidibus's middle and leaned her weight into him to counter what he pressed onto her, keeping balance as best she could along the way. They would not fall — not entirely onto their faces, though there were a few moments where Lioriley came dangerously close to doing so. And soon enough they made it through the gate.

All they needed now was a bed. Thankfully, mercifully, there were plenty open still, and she guided him to one as quickly as would be allowed by his lethargy and her lack of physical strength.
