Fuck that one piece of gravel in particular, Yondu guesses. At least whatever Vegeta brain is left is pummelling the mountain and while he wants to believe that's on purpose, it could just be the luck of the draw. That last ditch effort on everyone's behalf worked out.

He does get away, at least proving himself a further away target than Trunks when he finally whistles to draw his arrow. He is aware that sometimes fighting with sound can be a detriment, but usually he's not doing it within a range that people can hear. Just the arrow.

And if Vegeta should try to go that way, there's a red trail winding around in the air towards the other fight. He's hoping that the others keep people out of here because there's no way a normal ass person with no protections can handle being out in that.
