They act as a good 'one two' together; the quick and skittering annoyance of that arrow instantly stopping Vegeta in his step, roaring out his anger his mass swung this way and that, trying to dislodge it. It was certainly more than enough of a distraction to take away attention from Trunks' plan, his balance instantly thrown off despite his tail lashing out to try and keep it, no doubt mowing down any tree that was in the vicinity of it's arch, before he goes crashing down to the ground.

And he is certainly not happy about it, and about to make it very apparent; letting loose a thundering cry of rage, and a wave of ki blasting out. It's more a push than an attack, to throw everything back away from him as he pulled himself back up out of the ground, roaring up into the night air before searching for just what had attacked him.
