"Oh, I bet you use that line on all the boys." Sometimes Yondu runs his mouth when he shouldn't, but at least from the tone it shows he has no intention of actually doing something crude. Him play-flirting is a way of casual communication (for better or for worse).

"I'm roommates with Soldat," he explains simply. "If I didn't eat I'd hear about it every time I needed to eat for the next week. He gets protective."

Which is kind of nice, having someone that earnestly looking out for him even if Yondu very pointedly is out looking for the previously mentioned trouble. He's in the kitchen plenty, so maybe even if she doesn't know him she might have seen him in there cooking. Sorta his way of dealing with his issues. A lot healthier than any of the coping mechanisms Yondu engages in. Even the particularly hateful looking plant he's formed with those Diagad-granted green abilities in the greenhouse isn't the best way.
