She shook her head, winced, and then stilled. "It is all right." She assured him, voice low due to proximity and so he (hopefully) wouldn't hear the twinge of pain in her voice after accidentally pulling her own hair. The hand on his shoulder squeezed gently, as if to indicate that that appendage, at least, was free.
"My hair is quite tangled, along with the back of my head and my right hand. I am sure my back and legs are going to be covered soon if we are not careful. Perhaps you could...ease back?
