...Well, Weather just seems to vanish briefly, before appearing behind Senku to just. Lift the guy up, unless Senku jumps away from the attempt. Once the Stand does have a secure hold, wind picks up around both- launching them into the air, and ultimately suspending Senku not too far beneath the boy and his glider.
Still technically held, of course. Just...only by Some of Weather. The rest is now just air.
