It doesn't take all that much focus to summon what is needed to create the items, but Emet-Selch is nothing if not a font of drama and desire to show off. It's about the theatrics, of course, given who he is, and the slight moment of being able to show off in front of a stranger.

With one snap of his fingers a set of items appears in front of them, hovering for a moment before he reaches out and takes them into his hand, letting a thumb brush over them before he turns his head.

"And there we are. A matter of moments and the deed is done."

Leaning forward, he offers it to Elidibus with a shake of his head.
