Alice.. is not as sure of that. She can feel it, after all. This is deeper than just regular exhaustion. This is something that's seeped deep into her bones, into her mind, making her body feel so heavy.

Making it even hard to breathe.

But without saying any of that, she just slowly stands up, supporting herself by planting her hands on the table so she won't just fall over.

"Yes. I will go sleep."

Maybe it's the best she can do for now. Maybe she can figure out what to do about any of this later.

"I know you will take care of yourself, but even so.. stay safe out there." Because Alice is pretty sure she can't handle the loss of someone she cares about on top of everything else. Her mind is too fragile at the moment for it.
