Ah, well that explains two things; why the cat was here, and why Washington was really here. Vegeta looks down to the cat as she complains up at him, unsure if she deserves pets consider she's acting as a spy. He's not sure what a 'familiar' is, but if she's a cat, he knows there was little you could do about controlling them, his hand returning to her back to pet her.

"So you came for answers." Vegeta sums up bluntly, considering if he really owes Washington or anyone those answers. Would it come out eventually? ...maybe. Was it better to get ahead of that happening? Vegeta has no idea.
