It was a good thing. Looking at it now, Nell wouldn't have traded getting to know the people on the train for anything.
"I never had friends till I came here," she admitted. "Never quite realized what a lonely life I'd lived."
She'd known it was lonely, she just hadn't realized how
different
life couls be with friends.
