It's a kind of strange idea to Madoka. Having special powers like that, and them making you feel lonely because you're different.. whereas Madoka's own experience on the train has been the opposite - sometimes feeling lonely exactly because she doesn't have special powers like that.

But even so.. she's glad for Nell. Nell is so sweet, she shouldn't ever have to feel lonely.

"Yeah, don't worry. No one on the train is going to burn you.."

Madoka couldn't even imagine such a thing happening, really. Especially when everyone on the train is both nice and used to special powers like that.
