Ryo is one of the first people to tumble out of the luggage car, partially because he needed to be in triage to catch any injuries passing through, but mostly because he'd arrived in the luggage car near the door. He makes it into triage only to see Thanatos already there, waiting. "Thanatos? Are you okay?"

It's an immediate question - he doesn't look Thanatos over yet, doesn't think to put the fact that Thanatos's wings are away means he's probably already taken care of himself, doesn't really think at all. He may start thinking once the adrenaline of facing down oblivion fades, or he may collapse - that still remains to be seen. For now, he's worried about his friend, and everything else can wait.
