Madoka is about to say that she isn't worried about that, but then catches herself and stops before any word can leave her mouth. It'd kind of be a lie, wouldn't it? She is definitely worried about missing something, especially with these bad dreams everyone is having. What if they're an omen of something? What if something bad happens and she'll be asleep, unable to help? Sure, her main worry is still Maru being without her company, but that also plays a smaller role.
Still, feeling so sleepy isn't doing her any favours in the thinking department. It feels so hard, like there's just some haze up there as she tries to think of how to convince him she's fine and can stay up.
So after a moment or two of quiet, Madoka just gives in.
