Curufin looked up from his note-taking again. "We don't really know whether the Voidtrecker Express or the Voidflash or any other Voidcraft can jump between alternate universes. I strongly suspect that this is a possibility. That's the only way what Halo said makes sense, and the earlier information we got from the memories shared on the world of Jema’grethy, and all of our speculations about how all the information fits together. I've traveled through the Void and lived in other universes even before I got picked up by the train, and I already believe that the multiverse is even stranger than we think it is."

He smiled a little at Reno's gesture and raised his eyebrows in agreement.

"It is crazy, however we look at it. The Voidtrecker is obviously looking for something, and that might involve search alternate universes or time-traveling, or both. I think we ought to make a concerted effort to communicate with the train and see if we can get it to talk to us about this. I don't know if it will, but it can't hurt to try. Maybe its feedback post would be a good place to start."
