Kyoko had been riding her bike at super speed in her hot pink work uniform when she saw....
She twisted to stare, eyes huge and she crashed into a wall. She managed to throw herself off the bike rather than hitting the wall head first, and she was wearing a helmet. So she didn't, you know, die. But if she had hit the ground, she would probably have gotten badly injured. But something had caught her instead.
Kyoko didn't notice any of this. Didn't even notice she wasn't on the ground. Or on her bike. Because she was busy staring at the Unicorn. ACTUAL REAL UNICORN. IN FRONT OF HER. UNICORN!
Sparkles surrounded her. Tons and tons of sparkles. The whole area seemed to glitter and sparkle and shine as she stared up with rapt admiration.
"You're a unicorn, an actual unicorn!" she squealed, ecstatic. "Unicorns are real! That means Faeries are real too! And princesses! And rich young ladies! Oh! Do you know any princesses and Faeries, Unicorn-dono?" she asked.
No way Sunset has ever seen Kyoko like this. Ever. This just... gleeful and happy.
Okay well maybe for a moment here and there while she was in lala land in her own head but this was already longer than that had ever been.
