He nodded. "We Voidtreckers went on one mission that turned out to be an utter disaster. Suddenly there were huge shadowy shapes in the sky, and they descended and devoured that world. The train pulled us out of there just in time, but any inhabitants must have died along with their world -- unless some of them had the abilty to escape. So, do you think that might be what happened to that illusion-creating entity's world? The world-eating shadows ate it? And so now the entity is trying to recreate what it lost?"
