The footage is wrong; of that much, Siebren is certain. That particular group of Voidtreckers would never commit such atrocities, and this is a world of illusions; it is likely a lie as much as anything else is. Still, with the city on high alert and golden orbs beginning to follow people, Siebren has been keeping an eye out, waiting for them to reappear.

It is only the fact that he has been specifically looking for the lost that leads to him checking alleys and seeing a bit of orange out of the corner of his eye. He slips into the alley, following that color, only to find Caleb slumped against a wall. Success, as it turns out, is terrible.
He waves a hand. Trash cans float and resettle themselves across the alley, blocking traffic - and, more importantly, view. He takes a knee in front of Caleb. "Caleb. Can you hear me?"
