"Not for the residents." She remarked. "And creatures only if they're attacking you."
Which, in all fairness was usually the case with Red team-that was part of why they were sent in after all.
She did keep her own weapons out, slinking in a way as to not be within view of any windows or door ways. In theory, the people here sent out a distress signal, so there shouldn't be any hostiles-but that wasn't to say there wouldn't be the odd group that didn't want interference.
In her long years, Sonya just preferred playing it safe.
The closer she got to the dwelling, the more it dawned on her that it might be empty. Even if people were trying to keep quiet (and they weren't exactly silent on their way forward), she should still be able to here..something.
She motioned to Xue Yang to keep quiet, before making her way to the door. There should've been the sound of rustling..perhaps someone trying to hide.
A push on the door found it unlocked, but it still opened with some resistance. She found out why soon as she stepped inside.
Whoever lived here, they'd clearly gone in a hurry; everything was a mess, not just the dust from several days neglect, but the scant furniture and other household items didn't appear as though neatness was the order of the day.
