He manages to keep his own laugh to a terrible little snort at the response.

"Alright, alright," he manages, with some effort, to wipe that turdly little look off his face. "Most of the animals here are kinda skittish right now because of the birds, so that should be easy enough. I try and scare some of the livestock- not too bad, just a li'l' bit to make some noise -then when they go and check you sneak in and I come back and join ya."

He's... planning this on the fly, obviously, scratching his chin as he's working it all out.
