Madoka quickly shakes her head, even though she realises it's not like Kitty exactly has the luxury of time to look at her.

"P-Please worry about yourself!"

Because Kitty is the one in worse shape right now. And Madoka stands there, higher up, pretty much paralyzed in this moment. What does she do? What can she do? It's not like she can shoot the Sali with an arrow, that would mean she'd hurt innocent people caught under the influence of something else..

.. but that means there's nothing she can do to help Kitty right now, and she hates that thought too. So Madoka just stands there, undecided, slowly starting to panic as she can't think of a good thing to do here to help.
