.. the stillness is a little more than Alice expected, but in this case it's just a good thing. She really doesn't want to accidentally cut the other girl, after all, so she just takes it as a good thing for now.

And with that thought she steps closer, making her knife appear in her hand. It makes her immediately feel more dizzy, like there's some force pressing down on her, but Alice tries to not think too hard about the feeling. Instead she just slices through the webbing that's surrounding the girl as well as she can. It still leaves some of the sticky stuff on her, but this isn't an attempt to clean her up, it's just an attempt to get her out.

Especially since the skittering is getting faster now - since the spider must sense that there's someone messing with its web. So Alice doesn't even speak up, instead just trying to focus on cutting the other out of there as quickly as she can. Words would just be a waste of time.
