So close, Xichen takes a moment to appreciate the familiarity of it all. He takes a deep breath, trying to commit it to memory though he knows that this is real.

"The last one was difficult and I assume, given how we are hampered, this will not be easier," he says after a moment, glancing up at the sky. "We fight a war in each world we visit-- but... are there more battles ahead for us back home?"
