Does Alice want to help the train? Not necessarily.

But she's slowly getting the idea that this might be part of the only way to eventually find their way home, and maybe even a solution for particular problems like her own lack of a physical body back home. It's why she does decide to go to the rocks, though she's.. a little worried. After all, even though the train didn't sound like it knew what they might find there, but discovering memories sounds like the sort of thing that might mess with Alice's head.

And her mind is already fragile enough as-is.

So she makes sure to not be alone in there, just in case. The moment she finds herself in that mental maze and she spots a familiar figure, Alice is already making her way over towards it.

And thankfully it just happens to be Guri.

"Can we stick together?"

There's a part of her that knows that she doesn't have to ask the other. That Guri would instantly agree, just because she's asking it.

But she still can't help but ask all the same. Being in situations like this - it always makes her feel strangely vulnerable.
