For the third option, a list of passengers appears and names can be searched for by letter. Anyone who has been working to try and make communications happen on their own devices will find those linked in to this network- though it is still only possible to use voice. If they have headphones from the music room they can make it so they work like earpieces.

Takechirou is the noble phantasm accompanying me. ...he can take the form of any Heroic Spirit registered to the 'Throne'...and would reasonably have access to those with an affinity for deep water, such as Captain Nemo.

Only if he encountered too much danger, since I provide the energy he needs for this- I will need to stay close though, so I will have to make it clear to Takechirou that we need Nemo, or a similar Rider, so that a ship is available.

...Takechirou can mimic words, but I don't recommend having him handle this.

...Also, the Captain does not conventionally look the part- while Captain Nemo's work is genuine, and Takechirou's mimickry perfect, local people may not take him seriously at face value...as for myself, I am only 13... ...no, perhaps 14 now? Regardless...
