For those inside the system the voices of the Great-Seasons ring out around them once the red mass has vanished and the blue plinth it was smothering is freed once more. They don't have all that much time to reflect on that before they find themselves waking up once more in their bodies around the tree trunks.

Or at least, around the tube that is the Great-Season they entered through. All illusions have vanished now, all that is left are pipes and metal.

The Great-Seasons allow them passage out from the centre, no sentries or pipes attack them this time. Everything seems to have been put to rights, the walls in the Autumn sector have stopped moving, there is no strange weather effects in the Summer Sector, no engineering problems in Winter and all the camaloid creatures in Spring are calm. Any Helpmates they come across are doing their jobs and no longer malfunctioning.

After a small amount of time, enough to check that all is well, their SCA's light up. All Passengers are to return to the Voidtrecker Express.

Considering the vast distances involved it is probably best that they use the evacuation function to return to the Luggage carriage.

Once all Voidtreckers have returned the train returns to the Void once more.

He tried to think about that, had he met the leaders of his team? Yes. He did once.

"Yes, I told him." Yoite said with a bit of a nod.

Ichigo nodded at that. "Good. Then I think at this stage, perhaps telling the person who scolded you would be good, so they know that they can't yell at you and expect you to hear them. I wouldn't want to give them a reason to get after you again for the same thing."

"I...I did tell him when he was upset with me. So he knows now, but he said I still need to pay attention to my surroundings." Yoite was being very hard on himself, but his world was do what you need to or die. He didn't want to die.

"Well," Ichigo started, smiling softly. "It is important for you to be more mindful of your surroundings than someone hearing needs to be. But that's just something that can be accounted for. Learning to have your head on more of swivel, so to speak, would be good for that. Again, I can help you work on that, so you can make sure it becomes second nature for you."

Yoite seemed to think about that, and Ichigo was right. He nodded slightly. "Yes." He said softly. "I think that's right. I just have to be...used to it, maybe."

"It can take almost a year for things to become a habit, and usually a little over two months for something to become automatic. You'll be able to do it, I'm sure, because you're smart and strong. It just takes practice." Ichigo reached across the table to ruffle Yoite's hair just a little. "How about I make you some cinnamon muffins, okay? They're a guaranteed Kurosaki family mood booster."

Yoite blushed lightly at the easy affection, not sure what to make of it. "Okay." He agreed with a bit of a nod. He couldn't be sure he'd had cinnamon muffins before.

Standing up, Ichigo offered Yoite a hand up and smiled at him. "I know you said you have issues tasting stuff, but you can still smell okay, right?" He would at least be able to enjoy the aroma.

Yoite nodded his agreement at that. "Yes. I like smelling things." He admitted. It might be all he can do, but he still liked it.

"I'm not skimping on the fat, either. Gotta get some meat on you somehow." Ichigo made sure Yoite could see his lips as he talked, then pulled the teen to his feet.

"Okay." He didn't really know what that meant, he had no cooking experience and he was surprised to be tugged up but he went without much of a fuss.

"What kind of fat is it?"

"Whole milk if we have any, and butter has some good fats in it, too. Avocados, the food of the month, are full of all kinds of good fats. And they're really easy to peel. I can slice one up for you to snack on while I make the muffins if you want."

He nodded a little bit, he could do that. "How do you know how to make muffins?" Yoite couldn't quite stop himself from asking the question, hopefully Ichigo didn't mind.

When he answered, Ichigo made sure Yoite could see his lips to be able to understand him. "My Mom taught me before she died. And I taught my younger sister Yuzu when she was learning to cook. She ended up taking over all the cooking, and she's loads better at it than I am."

"Oh I see. I never learned to cook." He admitted. "Except sandwiches, um, a couple of missions ago." Yoite was pretty good at looking like he needed a meal though, people were fine feeding him.

"Well, I don't know a lot of cooking, but I'm happy to teach you what I do know." with a grin, Ichigo ruffled Yoite's hair as they entered the kitchen car. "And I'll make sure you can see me when I'm talking to you."

Yoite smiled a little bit. "I'm paying attention when you talk to me." He assured him, because he was, he was interested in what Ichigo was going to show him.

Stepping into the kitchen, Ichigo ruffled Yoite's hair gently and grinned at him. "I know, and I'm glad I can keep you interested." Stepping away, he started to pull down the mixing bowls and measuring devices he would need.

He smiled slightly. "How else will I know what you're doing?" Yoite asked a little bit but he watched him instead. His cooking experience thus far constituted of sandwiches.

"Can you get the flour and the sugar and bring them over to this table? We'll use this as our mixing area so you can see me clearly." Once he'd finished talking, Ichigo stepped to start one of the ovens so it could warm up.

He nodded. That seemed simple enough and disappeared over to the pantry to find it. Fortunately, things were well labelled and he came over with two containers, as requested, setting them down on the counter.

"Does it take a lot of ingredients?"

Turning around, Ichigo faced Yoite with his hand on the door of the fridge. "Not as much as some things. For the dry ingredients, we also need salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. I'll grab the milk, eggs, and oil."

"Salt. Cinnamon. Baking powder." Yoite nodded after a moment and went over to look to see what he could find.

The salt and cinnamon were easy, but he came back with baking soda instead of baking powder.

After putting his own load on the table, Ichigo looked at everything that Yoite had grabbed. "Ah, that's the baking soda. It's somewhat similar, but they aren't interchangeable. It should be a round container with a plastic lid."

"Oh, oh okay." Yoite said with a bit of a nod and took the baking soda back and reemerged with the proper one.

"This one?" He asked, holding it up for inspection.
