Enemy Unknown: Comms
Talk to All
Talk to Team
Talk to Individual
For the third option, a list of passengers appears and names can be searched for by letter. Anyone who has been working to try and make communications happen on their own devices will find those linked in to this network- though it is still only possible to use voice. If they have headphones from the music room they can make it so they work like earpieces.
The comms are a bit crackly. They cannot reach those who have vanished.

What is the problem, child?

Trying not to bury her face in her hands-] ....I have become lost in the vents.
[whythis]

Remain calm. Do not continue to move.
Do you remember your location when you entered the vents?
no subject
I can give you the location from where I started, yes.
[And...that's about it!

Look around you now. Are you alone? Does the structure seem sturdy? If you are near any place that seems like a drop or has an overhead opening, pray move a short distance from them. Always keep aware of your surroundings.
[Elidibus will give time for the girl to look around and make adjustments as needed.]
I want you to think carefully about your journey through the vents. Do you remember climbing up or down at any point?
no subject
[She's not bitter, no not at all.] The vents are sturdy, as well, and I am currently at a crossroads with neither overhead nor drop... ...Though I am backing up slightly to be safe. [Can't be looking in three different directions, so.
[Up or down however...] I have climbed up twice, and down once.

Yes, that should be fine. Keep any openings in visual range and examine the surfaces before you place your weight on them. Particularly look for signs they can be opened, such as when there is need for maintenance.
[Or if strange false lights suddenly develop the ability to trigger access panels.]
I'm certain you realize not to follow the light. Know that I will not use light to pinpoint your location. And confirm with me or anyone else whether changes in your environment are caused by us. We know not the nature of our foe or what they are capable of.
[There's a short pause unless Kiyoiri prompts for further conversation while Elidibus reaches the location she entered the vents at. There will be some searching before he sends a question her way.]
I want you to look around carefully. Use your SCA's light to see if you can find any numbers or lettering. This vent panel has a designation and there seem to be matches inside the shaft itself.
no subject
In any case.] Thank you for that confirmation.
[A pause, and-] I am hoping that Takechirou is still at the location I told you I entered from, however their current form is one that might wander. [Which explains why Takechirou wasn't initially mentioned.] If you see someone who appears my age, dressed in black, with a dragon's tail and horns, that is Takechirou.
[Or....Takechirou 'Eli-chan', dressed to impress but armed with a sword and shield...
She's apparently been looking for the numbers and letters while explaining that however. Soon enough, she's rattled it off.]
cOc
[That was easy to verify with a glance. The next is probably also a safe presumption though it's best to question it.]
Are they unable to trace you because of the bindings on our powers?
[Once the number is read, Elidibus compares it to the panel he's at. He'll also ask Takechirou to follow him- best to keep an eye on someone that would have a tendency to wander if left alone- as he moves in search of other panels, trying to get a grasp of the labelling scheme.]
I will attempt to discern how far you've traveled. Meanwhile, I want you to travel in a straight line in search of another panel or corridor label. If you've the means mark where you've been. If you can somehow remove the panel from the inside, make certain to examine the room it opens to for dangers. Keep me informed, particularly of dramatic changes.
[The conversation is likely to make certain of Kiyoiri's continued well-being as much as it is to gather information on her whereabouts.]

I'll work on travelling in the meantime however.
