For the third option, a list of passengers appears and names can be searched for by letter. Anyone who has been working to try and make communications happen on their own devices will find those linked in to this network- though it is still only possible to use voice. If they have headphones from the music room they can make it so they work like earpieces.

Coincidentally I stopped by there earlier today, but I didn't have much time to go through the research notes, plankton or otherwise. [Currently, he's been doing a lot of mundane transporting supplies between Weirwich and Starbury.] Let us know if you find anything.

True. I would be able to go down myself for a limited period of time if I used a Raywing spell, although I would also need someone to serve as my eyes.

If the facility shows any signs of missing equipment [e.g. a conspicuously empty submersible dock] it may be worth investigating the surrounding waters.

...I recommend questioning volunteers on what they expect. ...if it comes to it, I could potentially send Takechirou. I haven't had him take form for this mission yet.

Who's Takechirou?

Takechirou is the noble phantasm accompanying me. ...he can take the form of any Heroic Spirit registered to the 'Throne'...and would reasonably have access to those with an affinity for deep water, such as Captain Nemo.

...hm. And that would be efficient. It wouldn't be risky for you at all?

Only if he encountered too much danger, since I provide the energy he needs for this- I will need to stay close though, so I will have to make it clear to Takechirou that we need Nemo, or a similar Rider, so that a ship is available.

I will need an option for evacuation; the risk is in passing out from fatigue. Unless there are potions for magical energy..?
