For the third option, a list of passengers appears and names can be searched for by letter. Anyone who has been working to try and make communications happen on their own devices will find those linked in to this network- though it is still only possible to use voice. If they have headphones from the music room they can make it so they work like earpieces.

It said Lift 45 Southeast. [ He's assuming what that's what the abbreviation is for. ] 215A. After dark. So we should meet at the end of the day.

Okay. [ Okay. They've got this, they can do this. ] You caught word of what's been happening up here? And around Blue Team's job?

[ They might as well do a bit of talk about what's been going on, apparently. ]

No actually. [ He's shaking his head a little, whether or not Tidus knows that. ]

It's really strange, but no one up here is talking about anything pertaining to the other tiers. Based on the brief we got, you'd think those kinds of incidents would be the talk of the town, but nothing. People around here seem to be very focused on this area only, their work and what they do for fun. [ He snorts. Too much diversion. ]

The buildings up here are interesting, specifically the science labs I've walked into, but apart from walking around and mapping the area on the SCA, we have no other directives.

Is there anything you guys can get on our murder victims down here? I know the mission said news got suppressed about them. We've checked a few of the houses, but there isn't a lot of details about the people around. I haven't got a clue what's going on so far.

[ Then again, detective work is not for him. ]

I'll keep my eyes and ears open, but so far no one seems to be talking about it. As though the people don't even know it's a problem.

[ He sighs a little bit. ]

Interesting and a problem at the same time.

Do you need stuff to do it? Maybe I can find stuff around here.

[ Asked and spoken like someone who has zero experience with hacking. ]

There could be, under the assumption that my laptop will even hook into the system here, I could give it a shot. I have all the necessary masking programs. If not it would take me a bit to figure out the local programming.

[ He considers that a bit further. ]

Meaning I'd need local tech to pull it off. I haven't been able to get my hands on too much of that. Some of the businesses are high tech labs, and what I've been able to see has been fascinating. A lot of interesting companies too. So far I've visited an air supply corporation, a recretaional pharmaceutical business, a sports development lab, the company that makes the nutrition paste and a game development company.

What's a sports lab like?

[ Senku is not the least bit surprised Tidus zeroed in on that. ]

It's a development lab for making sports items. I saw them working on some protypes. Things like balls with a wide variety of lights on them, or some stick game I was unfamiliar with. According to the research when you tapped the sticks they emitted some kind of obnoxious sound, and the balls didn't hold up that well and could potentially explode.

[ Hear this unimpressed scoff. ] Not a sports game if the ball explodes!

[ Please! But okay, maybe Tidus can get his head back into the proper game here. ]

You want me to look around the houses and see if there's anything I can grab? Like something with a network connection? A computer?

[ And by 'I' he's going to mean someone else, 'cause this breaking and entering job is so not in his skillset. But details. ]

To be fair, I don't think the ball was meant to explode, that's just what was happening with the prototypes.

[ Who knew sports had so many rules like not exploding things? Science is way better. ]

Yes, actually, that would be good. You'd be looking for a laptop of some kind. Even a tablet which is like a smartphone but bigger. It'd just be a screen, like the ICP. Don't worry about passwords, I can do passwords.
