This post are for network posts using the phones that all citizens of Diagad own. The phone connects to the internet- which is mostly full of the latest heroics of the city, warnings from the government and plenty of cat videos.

There is a popular forum space for the city where people can post in text, video or voice notes. There is also a phone book that lists everyone in the city for direct messaging.

I mean, I'm practicing a lot, so I like to think the results of that show a little! But if I had some sort of huge god-given talent, then I probably would have been scouted when I was seven or something. Like all those famous dancers.

What kind of gig networks are you keeping in touch with rn? Most the stuff I know's all traditional but there's some that want backup dancer extras for last minute music videos which might be a thing? If u don't mind it being all uni level productions, u know how it is. Film students. Music students. Chaos. Paid though so it's eeeeeh way freaking better than that bs of "u should do this for the exposure."

Honestly, at this point I'm desperate enough that I would've done stuff even if it was just for the exposure.

Okay but that, that right there, desperation is not a good look. It's a terrible look. It's a cry into ur ice cream tub at weird hours of the night when u should be sleeping look. ur worth more than some jackass saying, hey, do this for me! It's great for the exposure!

Not that the uni productions pay much, but a few hundred is a few hundred, u know? Also stop being a cannibal that's an even worse look than desperation, that's straight up horror???

Besides, what does it matter if I'm worth more if I couldn't find other work, you know? It's hard to find people who are willing to take a chance on a starting dancer. Of course I'll apply for the uni thing, but it's not like those opportunities are always around.

And I don't want to give up on my dream.
